Deep tissue massage uses targeted techniques focused on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. This modality is especially helpful for providing relief to chronic aches and pains.

 

The gentle, noninvasive approach of prenatal massage can ease discomfort associated with pregnancy, help the mother-to-be prepare for labor and give her nurturing emotional support.
